2017 Mazda CX-3 review
2017 Mazda CX-3 is a front-wheel-drive crossover with personal lines and very pleasant to drive between the precise steering and gearbox and turns: diesel 1.5 is a little thirsty, “sprightly” and doesn’t even have a “voice” unpleasant “. The Endowment is rich (standard led headlights) but the seats behind and the trunk are tiny.
Except for some details (rigid plastics in bridge and some editing), the finishes are done. Few rivals are cheaper, but none is richer in technology (especially for safety). the prices of this 2017 Mazda CX-3 is around 25.270 Euro with gas mileage around 18,5Km/L.
2017 Mazda CX-3 Review
The 2017 Mazda CX-3 an agile and compact crossover (428 cm long), with a nice sporty line, however, penalizes the rear roominess and trunk capacity. Traction is front and 4 x 4 variant costs a couple of thousand euros; the automatic transmission just under. Its diesel 1.5 1500 to 4000 rpm and pushes well without the banging of metal more diesel: thanks to the low weight of the car, seems to have some horse more than 105 declared. The gearbox, manually operated, is accurate, and grafts the lever has a reduced stroke. The times picking up the latest marches are discrete, but before the turbo starts to “blow” with force (after 1500 rpm) the boost isn’t much to look at: often should shift up. The suspension is “ferme”, yet, in spite of the large 18 ” rims with low-profile tyres, raking in well enough the bumps (“bouncing” a bit too only on those more pronounced). Attention cockpit soundproofing and security: in addition to Esp and six airbags, Exceed SCBS system comes standard. The acronym indicates emergency automatic braking at low speed, operates between 4 and 30 km/h and uses a laser behind the windscreen that detects vehicles within six meters from the car. However, sophisticated devices like adaptive cruise control with radar of SBS (the system that warns drivers of the risk of colliding with an obstacle that lies in front of the car, you turn over 15 km/h and it works thanks to a radar in the front grille) are in the package i-Activsense Technology for a fee. The Evolving costs almost three thousand euros less, but has the most advanced solutions: bi-led, HiFi system, head-up display (a viewing window at the base of the windshield on which data are shown), smart key and reversing camera.
2017 Mazda CX-3 Interior Updates
The Interior of 2017 Mazda CX-3, stand out the instrument panel gathered in a small dashboard and the thin plank and horizontally with a wide central band. The latter is the only soft part of the bridge: the Leather (optional) is upholstered in White leather, the same colour as the seats. Standard seat covers are leather and black fabric, with red stitching, the same color of the inserts at the sides of the console and door panels. Some fittings improvable.
The front seats are comfortable even for the spilungoni. The seat is low, almost as in a traditional car. Improved the Chair: to vary the inclination there is a lever, imprecise, and (even in a luxurious leather Leather package variant) lacks the lumbar adjustment. Behind, space for legs and shoulders is not much; only those who pass the 190 cm tall, though, “tap” with his head. Scarce the light coming from the Windows and space to access that is offered by the doors.
The trunk of 2017 CX-3 is tiny: guilt even Hi-Fi subwoofer Bose (standard on Exceed), stealing almost all 63 liters of substrate (a total of 287, compared with 350 other versions, however, are not many), and the absence of sliding sofa. The main rivals offer more space, despite being almost shorter suits.
2017 Mazda CX-3 Test Drive
In town. At the traffic lights you take the Mazda 3 is lively. Critics, however, visibility in operation: one must rely on camera and distance sensors (which, with the package i-Activsense Technology, optional, warn ahead of the arrival of other vehicles when it comes out in “retro” car parks). Efficient automatic braking. Low consumption: according to our tools after 19.2 km/l.
Out of town. The steering is direct (for a crossover) and accurate, changing well maneuverable and the body tilts a little: in the winding routes you are having fun. And, even if you overdo it, the answer is sincere: Esp rarely intervenes. Well modulated braking. Some Jolt by passing over bumps.
Interesting 21.3 km/l detected.
On the highway. At 130 km/h on 1.5 is at 2350 rpm and doesn’t feel too, like the hiss. The system that reports the involuntary exit from its lane works well, and so the adaptive cruise control with SBS, radar device not widespread among small crossover (optional in the package i-Activsense Technology). Remarkable stability in corners. Average the 14.5 km/l beds on our
2017 Mazda CX-3 Pros and Cons
- GUIDE. The steering is precise and rigid suspension just down steering (without compromising comfort): the car is agile.
- ENGINE. It’s quiet enough, has the stamp “ticking clock” of other diesel and seems to have more than 105 HP. And consume the least.
- TECHNOLOGY. Headlights and led fog lights, an intuitive navigation and modern graphics, many safety devices (automatic emergency braking,): no tra le rivali does best.
- REAR ROOMINESS. On the couch space is at a premium, especially in width.
- TRUNK. In the Hi-Fi subwoofer occupies Exceed almost entirely the compartment under the floor, reducing the net capacity from 350 to 287 litres: several small cars offer more. And the load threshold is high.
- DRIVER’S SEAT. The backrest is adjusted in increments, with a lever rather than a more precise wheel. Missing registration of lumbar support.
